Pengoon Farm on Television

In 2010 a film crew descended on Pengoon Farm to film a piece for one episode of Market Kitchen: Big Adventure. This for the week that featured Cornwall everyday.


Jim was filmed being interviewed by chef Matt Tebbutt,

as he demonstrated how he produces Cornish Clotted Cream.

The program was first aired on Monday 1st November 2010


The Pengoon clotted cream was used later in the program as the main ingredient in Clotted Cream Fudge. You can see the recipe for this at the Good Food website.
